Web3-ready `wasm-next-starter` for WASM-powered Web3 Applications built in Rust 2024 (Metaprogramming)

I've been working heavily with Rust WASM + NextJS + Web3 recently (Metaprogramming) while exploring WASM-WASI optimizations in Web3 from infra - consumer use cases.

The setup to a running NextJS + WASM requires so much boilerplate knowledge that I felt compelled to create a personal starter.
